Important: Argyle is designed to support local-first and on-prem deployments. Customer content processed within your Argyle deployment is controlled by you and is subject to your configuration and agreements with us (see “Customer Content and Enterprise Deployments” below).

  • Local-first/on-prem deployments: Customer Content generally remains in your environment and is processed under your control.

  • Hosted or managed services (if offered): Customer Content may be processed in our hosted environment subject to your agreement with us, including security and data handling terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • We do not sell Customer Content.

  • We use Customer Content only to provide, secure, and maintain the Services and as instructed by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and notices for any data they upload or process, including personal information of end users.
